The workshop for the development and transfer of climate change technologies and the role of research and monitoring systems in the field of climate change, which was heled within the framework of preparing the third climate change report in compliance with the provisions of the Climate Change Agreement. The report is prepared by more than 300 national experts and with the participation of more than 50 national institutions. The workshop aimed to establish a platform for communication and exchange of information.
